Honestly I think it would cause more issues due to media/riots/protests/etc than anything medical or social. The same people who use it would continue using it, a few new people might pick it up, the people who are strongly opposed would still be strongly opposed. I don’t thing MARIJUANA itself is the real issue, it’d be the politic and media reaction to it.
